dental crowding + dental crossbite + impacted tooth (Phase I & phase II)

Bradley presented with dental crowding, shift of the upper dental midline to the right impacting the right lateral incisor and a dental crossbite on his left side.  "Early" Phase I braces were placed to align the teeth, facilitate eruption of the upper right lateral incisor by shifting the dental midline to the left, and to correct the unilateral left posterior crossbite preventing chipping of the teeth and asymmetric facial growth.  Phase II comprehensive orthodontic treatment followed a couple of years later to finalize the bite and detail incisor esthetics.

Abigail presented with significant dental crowding and esthetic concerns. Phase I expansion and braces improved her dental alignment and smile esthetics plus facilitated emergence of the remaining permanent teeth.  Phase II braces were placed two years later after all the permanent teeth were present to finalize the bite and detail incisor esthetics.

severe deep bite and dental crowding (phase i)

Cipriano presented with a severe deep bite causing damage to the gums around the front teeth and inadequate space for the upper lateral incisors to erupt. "Early" Phase I braces were placed to reduce the deep bite and align the teeth to facilitate emergence of the incisors. Phase II comprehensive orthodontic treatment will be required in a couple years after the remaining permanent teeth emerge to finalize the bite and detail incisor esthetics.

Magali presented with moderate dental crowding and the upper dental midline shifted to the right impacting the right lateral incisor. Phase I braces were placed to improve the dental alignment and correct the upper dental midline to facilitate eruption of the upper lateral incisor. Phase II comprehensive orthodontic treatment will be required in a couple years after the remaining permanent teeth emerge to finalize the bite and detail incisor esthetics.
