Payment Options
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! Payment plans are individualized and discussed prior to beginning treatment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs. We also offer a "bookkeeping" discount for patients preferring to pay in full.
Insurance
For our patients with dental insurance, we will accept payment for treatment directly from your insurance company, however we ask that you pay non-covered fees as treatment progresses.
Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims. We are a preferred provider for select plans. Please contact our office for details.
Please bring your completed and signed insurance forms so that we may file the insurance for you.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
